Built by people who've done this work.

TalentHub started as a real recruitment platform for a real agency. It has been shaped by what actually works in production — not by what sounds good in a feature roadmap.

Origin

Where TalentHub came from.

TalentHub wasn't designed in a vacuum. It started as the recruitment platform for Right Fit Recruitment, a recruitment agency on the Isle of Man, and was built to solve a practical problem: running a modern, candidate-friendly operation without stitching together three SaaS tools and a set of spreadsheets.

Over time the platform matured — gaining an AI job assistant, a matching engine, push notifications, GDPR tooling, a candidate mobile experience, and the kind of depth that only comes from running a product in production and watching what actually gets used.

TalentHub Intelligence is the result: a white-label version of that same platform, available for other recruitment businesses — agencies and in-house teams alike — to licence and run as their own.

Managed by Websands

A product, not a package.

TalentHub is built and maintained by Websands, a technology business based on the Isle of Man. The same infrastructure that keeps Right Fit Recruitment’s live platform running — continuous security patching, version upgrades, backups, and health monitoring — handles every TalentHub deployment.

Licensing TalentHub isn’t being handed a codebase and wished good luck. It’s a managed deployment: your instance, on your dedicated server, with the ongoing maintenance handled in the background.

What white-label really means

Not a skin. A platform you own.

White-label isn’t a coat of paint on a shared SaaS dashboard. Your TalentHub instance runs on its own server, isolated from every other client. Your candidates’ data lives on your infrastructure — not ours.

The branding is complete end-to-end: your colours, logo, copy, and domain. Candidates see your platform, not ours. There is no footer credit. Your brand is front and centre, and the product sits quietly behind it.

Honesty first

Where it's not the right fit.

We'd rather say this up front than waste your time in a demo.

TalentHub is not right for every operation. Specifically:

  • If you need deep integrations with twenty enterprise systems. TalentHub isn't a dashboard with an integration marketplace. It's a complete, standalone platform designed to replace the stack, not sit alongside it.
  • If you've invested heavily in a CRM and just want a job board to plug into it. You'd be paying for capabilities you wouldn't use.
  • If your business runs entirely on personal relationships and everything happens by phone. The matching engine and pipeline are powerful tools — but they won't add value to a process that deliberately avoids them.

If any of those describe your situation, we'd rather say so now than after you've given up an hour on a demo.

If they don't — and you're running a recruitment operation that could use a complete, AI-powered platform with no per-seat pricing and no vendor dependency — get in touch.
